How to get to Casa de Segunda Katigbak

Hi there!  just moved to san roque sto tomas batangas...was wondering how 2 get 2 casa segunda in lipa city...i need directions n w/c transport to use...f any1 can help i'd deeply appreciate it...thanks

1. Take a bus from Sto. Tomas going to Lipa (35php I guess)

2. From Lipa City bus stop, you have 2 options, ride a jeepney going to Lipa poblacion or a tricycle

   2.1 for Jeepney (7php) option, drop by at the C.M. Recto monument, then ride a tricycle (7php) and ask him to bring you      to Casa de Segunda (I guess they know where it is.. well if not, it is next to Kapt.Simeon St. where tricycles going to public market pass by)

    2.2 for Tricycle, (i think it's the better option so you won't get lost but it costs more, 30php maybe) just tell directly where you wanna go..
